Dr. Kulb

Dr. Kulb earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University in 1974. He then received his medical degree from Indiana University in 1977. He completed a General Surgery Internship at Maricopa General Hospital in Phoenix Arizona in 1978. Dr. Kulb served on active duty with the United States Navy from 1978 through 1982. He returned to Phoenix and completed a year of General surgery residency in 1983. Dr. Kulb moved back to Indiana and completed his Urology residency at Indiana University in 1987. Dr. Kulb was board certified in 1989 and recertified in 1998.

Dr. Kulb is on staff at St. Joseph Medical center in Bloomington, BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Normal and St. James Hospital in Pontiac. He also performs outpatient surgery at the Bloomington-Normal Surgery Center.

Dr. Kulb has special interest in prostate and stone disease.



Dr. Chalian

Dr. Vicken Chalian is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Chalian earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1985. He received his medical degree from Indiana University in 1989. Dr. Chalian then completed his general surgery training at Boston University in 1991 and his Urology residency at Indiana University in 1995. Dr. Chalian became Board Certified by the American Board of Urology in 1997.

Dr. Chalian is on staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in Bloomington, BroMenn Hospital in Normal, St. James Hospital in Pontiac, and Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton.

Dr. Chalian's clinical interests include pediatric urology, prostate cancer, female incontinence, and kidney stones.



Dr. Leak

Dr. Leak earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1994. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998 with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. Dr. Leak then completed his general surgery internship in 1999 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and Urology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit in 2003. Dr. Leak became board certified by the American Board of Urology in 2005.

Dr. Leak is on staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in Bloomington, BroMenn Hospital in Normal, St. James Hospital in Pontiac, and John Warner Hospital in Clinton.

Dr. Leak's clinical interests include laparoscopic surgery, female incontinence, and stone disease.
